It is very commondisease in present time as well as it is prevailing since past.Ardhavbhedak can be scientifically correlated with migrainedue to its cardinal feature of half sided headache. All the threedosha are involved in the manifestation of ardhavbhedak withthe predominance of vata or pitta dosha. Management of threedosha can be done by Laghusut Shekhar Ras. Laghusut shekharRas is referenced from Rasa Tarangini. Laghu Sutshekhar Rasis prepared from suddha gairika, shunthi and it is processedwith nagarbel or betel leaf. It is useful in shirahshool, amlapitta,pittaja unmad disorder etc.
