Mirror Sovereignty: A Dignity-Based Peace Architecture for Israel and Palestine

This paper proposes a framework that preserves the historic and moral claims of both Israel and Palestine to the land of Mandatory Palestine while enabling peace, prosperity, and dignity. The Mirror Sovereignty model introduces a dual-sovereignty structure in which each nation maintains its legal and symbolic claims, while their peoples coexist through economic parity, diaspora reciprocity, and internationally guaranteed mechanisms for justice and development. The architecture centers on Strategic Claims Suspension, converting grievance into inheritable capital without moral surrender. A transparent, internationally audited registry records every claim, ensuring that justice is deferred but never denied.Complementary pillars—diaspora bonds, a Palestine Development Bank, global citizenship rights, tri-key financial governance, and a cultural endowment—create an ecosystem of dignity rather than dependency. By replacing zero-sum diplomacy with mirrored legitimacy, the framework invites both nations to remain whole—historically, spiritually, and economically—while learning to share the same horizon.
