Collagen V1 mediated integrin signaling regulates clonal muscle growth via the generation of a dominant stem cell niche.
scRNA-Seq dataset generated from isolated muscle stem cells (MuSCs) in TgBAC(pax3:GFP); TgBAC(meox1:mCherry) zebrafish line. This line was validated to accurately label growth-specific MuSCs within the external cell layer (ECL). Four developmental stages — 6, 21, 50, and 90 days post-fertilisation — were examined, representing key timepoints of clonal drift in zebrafish muscle growth. Fluorescence-activated Cell Sorting (FACS) was performed to isolate double-positive MuSCs, followed by sequencing via 10X GEM (10,000 cells/sample). Uploaded data includes raw fastq sequencing files and processed rds files (Seurat objects).
