Ethical and Experimental Risk Assessment for Hypothetical Scalar Temporal Effects
A framework is proposed for assessing potential physical and ethical risks associated with hypothetical scalar temporal interactions, as introduced in the Scalar Temporal Field Ontology series. While no experimental confirmation currently exists, the emergence of models treating time as a scalar field τ(x^μ) motivates the establishment of precautionary standards analogous to those developed for nuclear, radiological, and quantum-coherence research. This paper categorizes potential risk domains, outlines responsible experimental protocols, and advocates for an open, interdisciplinary governance model to ensure that future investigations into scalar-field phenomena remain transparent, ethical, and socially safe.
