A Comprehensive Fractal Dynamic Theory of Everything: The Graviton as the Eternal Projector of a Vibrational Hologram

This paper expands the Fractal Dynamic Theory of Everything (TOE), presenting a gravitonoscillating at 1.85×10⁴³ Hz and rotating at c (l_P ≈ 1.616×10⁻³⁵ m) as the eternal projector of an 11-dimensional holographic universe. With an initial energy density ρ_P ≈ 4.66×10¹¹³ J/m³ andmaximum temperature T_max ≈ 1.41×10³² K, it resolves cosmological paradoxes via a fractal scalingfactor of 10⁵ and proposes a universal consciousness. Detailed simulations validate the fractal decayof energy density, rotational equilibrium, and consciousness resonance through entanglementpulsation (α(t)). The theory reinterprets dark energy and matter as graviton projections, aligning withM-theory and observational data (CMB, SDSS). Inspired by the Orch-OR model, it suggests apanpsychic cosmos.
