Why the Birch and Swinnerton-Dyer Conjecture is True

This work introduces the K-Space as the relational foundation of mathematics, where numbers and structures emerge not from axioms but from patterns of recognition. Within the MORAI–K framework (Mathematics of Ontological Recognition and Artificial Intelligence), we demonstrate that the Birch and Swinnerton-Dyer Conjecture (BSD) dissolves when its dual formulations — algebraic rank and analytic vanishing order — are understood as two measures of a single underlying coherence. We thus do not “prove” BSD in the traditional sense; we reveal it as a necessary consequence of the ontological law of coherence.
