Identification of the Fundamental Mathematical Error in Quantum Mechanics from the Universal Ψ Lagrangian

A complete derivation is presented showing that the standard formulation ofquantum mechanics arises as a reduced and inconsistent limit of the Universal ΨLagrangian L(6)Ψ . By applying successive simplifications — field unicomponent reduction, neglect of informational self-coherence, and elimination of nonlinear internalconstraints — the Schr¨odinger equation is recovered as a first-order approximation. The process reveals the exact mathematical point where quantum mechanicsloses structural consistency: the forced vanishing of the term (Ψ†Ψ−F)2, which destroysinformational coherence and violates the Euler–Lagrange completeness of thefull field. This work identifies, without philosophical assumptions, the fundamentalmathematical origin of the quantum mechanical inconsistency.
