Special VLCC section – Lagrangian V9 Stabilized variational formulation of the chronotropic temporal field

Cancels and replaces the previous file due to a corrupted file: https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.17977339 This document constitutes a special section of the VLCC theoretical framework (Variable Lagrangian of Cosmic Chronotropy). It presents the canonical and stabilized formulation of the V9 Lagrangian, conceived as the variational culmination of the developments introduced in earlier versions of the model. The V9 Lagrangian explicitly incorporates the fundamental structures of the VLCC framework — the temporal tri-phase {τ, σ, Δt}, the functional triplet (t₁, t₂, t₁′), morphogenetic laws, and coherence constraints — while introducing the refinements required for the formal stabilization of the chronotropic temporal field. Within this formulation, gravity emerges as a morphogenetic phenomenal effect governed by the spatial gradient of the effective second temporal derivative of the entangled present. This document does not aim to propose an autonomous cosmological theory, but rather to provide a coherent, unified, and extensible mathematical tool intended to serve as the formal foundation for the cosmological and astrophysical analyses developed in the VLCC Treatise (VLCC Treaty — MorphogenicFoundation of Time and Light - Canonical Edition – Version 1: DOI (Zenodo) : https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.17961226). Morphogenetic constants are explicitly identified, while their numerical values are deliberately left to future observational constraints.
