Ground-based light curve validations of TESS object of interest TOI 5872.01

The goal of this study is to determine whether an exoplanet candidate observed by the Transiting Exoplanet Survey Satellite (TESS), specifically TESS object of interest (TOI) 5972.01, is actually an exoplanet or if it is a false positive planet. We used additionally ground-based observational data from the George Mason University observatory on TOI 5872.01 to analyze through AstroImageJ after reducing the image and performing multiple aperture photometry.
