Ground Based Light Curve Follow-Up Validation Observations of TESS Object of Interest (TOI) 4620.01

A follow-up ground-based observation of TOI 4620.01 was done to confirm the existence of a candidate exoplanet by analyzing the light curve from its home star, using George Mason University’s (GMU) telescope. The data was then processed using AstroImageJ (AIJ) and EXOFAST to determine if a transit occurred. It was concluded that due to varying results from AIJ and EXOFAST, the results are inconclusive even though both data processors demonstrated the potential for transit. Further research is required to confirm a transit.
