Ui Theory — Theory & Metatheory (FR–EN), v1.0
Ui Theory formalizes an operative thesis: information is a relevant invariant for reading, comparing, and transferring measured effects, regardless of substrate. The Theory presents the directive equation (Ui = Universe = Information), axioms (A1–A6), a persistence theorem (Ri), testable laws (L1–L4: distinguishability, efficiency, thresholds, cadence), i-equivalence, and a minimal verification protocol (declared frame, metrics, tolerances, stopping rule, trace), together with explicit falsifiability conditions. The Metatheory establishes coherence and scope (inference rules, soundness, independence, effect topology, compatibility with Landauer/Bremermann/Szilard, cross-framework interpolation). The whole provides a unified, falsifiable, and cumulative framework for comparing measured effects across forms, time, and substrates.
