Partial Time Quantization (PTQ): A Proposed Model for Discrete Temporal Flow

Abstract This paper introduces the concept of Partial Time Quantization (PTQ) — a theoretical model proposing that time does not flow continuously but instead progresses through extremely small, discrete intervals known as "time quanta." Inspired by principles of quantum mechanics and Planck time, PTQ aims to bridge the conceptual gap between relativity and quantum theory by suggesting that temporal continuity is an emergent illusion arising from discrete microscopic steps. The model provides a possible framework to interpret phenomena such as wavefunction collapse, entanglement synchronization, and the limits of atomic clock precision. This independent research proposes that understanding time as a quantized dimension could be a key step toward unifying classical and quantum conceptions of reality.
