Discover RDM – Research data management in studies and teaching at the University of Duisburg-Essen

The poster presents the research data management (RDM) services offered by the University Library of Duisburg-Essen. Our location currently doesn't offer an interdisciplinary course on this topic for students. For this reason, a modular self-study course is currently being created on Moodle, which is part of the supplementary program and offers students the opportunity to earn credit points. The aim is to create a flexible, practice-oriented program that, in addition to face-to-face classes, also enables self-study and promotes RDM skills. This program complements existing topics such as “Good Scientific Practice,” “Plagiarism Prevention,” and “Digital Humanities.”
