Oracle Dashboard: A Concept for Real-Time Resilience Metrics in Satellite Systems

This report introduces the Oracle Dashboard, a web-based monitoring framework designed to evaluate real-time resilience in satellite gateway systems operating under unstable conditions. Developed from field experience in Papua, the system integrates parameters such as SNR, bitrate, uptime, and error logs to form a Real-Time Resilience Index (RTRI) — a conceptual metric for measuring technological endurance. This work aims to advance the idea of resilience engineering at the network edge, bridging human adaptability and machine intelligence.
