Final report on interviews conducted and preliminary research findings

This report describes the extensive work done in the BIAS: mitigating biases of AI in the labour market-project in Work Package 4 on qualitative SSH research. It starts with a recap on Stage 1 qualitative data collection also described in the report D4.1 done before summer 2024. We then describe the qualitative data collection of Stage 2 done in autumn 2024, as well as the analytical steps that have been taken (and are still ongoing) up until 31st March 2025, when this report was made available for internal review. We then finally describe the upcoming work for the last period of the work package to happen from April 2025 until the end of the project, which will be subject to the future deliverable D4.3, to be submitted April 2026.
