CMB Anomaly Detection and Analysis: HERT Model Insights
CMB Anomalies – Mobley Cluster Summary:We analyzed the Planck SMICA full-sky CMB map (Nside 2048) and identified 153,122 anomalous pixels (~0.30% of the sky) exceeding a 3σ threshold. The anomalies exhibit a standard deviation range of -17.13σ to 16.25σ. Sample coordinates (θ, φ in degrees): 98.81, 87.78 97.81, 87.76 98.72, 87.76 97.73, 87.74 98.64, 87.74 99.55, 87.74 96.75, 87.72 97.65, 87.72 98.55, 87.72 99.45, 87.72 Interpretation:These anomalies may indicate previously uncharted features in the CMB. The precise astrophysical or cosmological significance is open to investigation. Citation & DOI:Mobley, L. Soren CMB Anomaly Analysis – Mobley Cluster. Zenodo. DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.17353601
