3D Markerless Tracking of a Single Fish in Clean Water
This record provides a clean-water baseline of single-fish behaviour using two orthogonal cameras and markerless tracking. The front and side videos were fused under an orthographic assumption to reconstruct per-frame 3D positions (X,Y,Z). From this we computed 3D speed, rolling mean speed, speed autocorrelation, 3D zone occupancy (3×3×3 voxels), normalized spatial entropy, and path tortuosity (straightness index; turning-angle statistics). The goal is to establish a transparent, reproducible baseline before running aged-water comparisons.
