Freelance Marketplace Platform
The Freelance Marketplace Platform is a web-based system that connects clients with freelancers across various industries. The system features three user roles: Admin, Client, and Freelancer. Admins manage the system, user accounts, project approvals, and secure payment processing. Clients can post projects, evaluate bids, hire freelancers, and handle payments. Freelancers create profiles, bid on projects, communicate with clients, and deliver work for payment after admin verification. The platform provides clients with access to skilled professionals and helps reduce operational costs. Freelancers benefit from flexible work opportunities and global reach. Role-based dashboards ensure each user has the tools needed for effective project management. This system contributes to the growth of the gig economy by offering a secure and user-friendly freelance environment. The system was developed using Python and the Django web framework, with PostgreSQL as the backend database. This tech stack was chosen for its scalability, security, and efficiency in handling multi-role workflows and real-time data interactions.
