Resilient event‐triggering state estimation for reaction‐diffusion genetic regulatory networks

Abstract This paper studies the event‐triggered state estimation problem of reaction diffusion genetic regulatory networks (RDGRNs) under uncertain denial‐of‐service (DoS) attacks. A resilient event triggered strategy is proposed to compensate for the malicious effects of intermittent DoS attacks and improve communication resource utilization. Furthermore, we construct a piecewise Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional to ensure that the error system is finite‐time stable and maintains an acceptable performance by employing Wirtinger‐type integral inequality, Gronwall inequality and Green formula. In addition, the gain matrices of the state estimator and the weighting matrix associated with the event detector are given by solving linear matrix inequalities. Finally, two simulation examples are presented to demonstrate the feasibility of the obtained results.
