"The Quantum-Cyclic Emergence of Being from Non-Being: A Testable Framework for the Next Foundations of Reality"
We present a quantitative and experimentally testable model of cosmic cyclic genesis, in which Being emerges from Non-Being as a reflexive quantum fluctuation within a phase-locked field. Contrary to metaphysical interpretations, the proposed framework defines Non-Being as a perfectly balanced Hilbert subspace with zero net phase, from which a self-referential fluctuation inevitably arises due to the impossibility of temporal stasis. The persistence of this fluctuation gives rise to the physical laws, the emergence of matter, consciousness, and the ultimate return toward equilibrium — a “conscious dissolution” interpreted as the next Non-Being state. The model introduces testable parameters within the quantum field formalism and open-system dynamics, potentially bridging cosmology, quantum information, and gravitational thermodynamics.
