Analysis of factors shaping the social and labor situation in the Russian Federation in the first half of 2025

The author of the article identified the most pressing problems that determine the features of the social and labor situation in the first half of 2025 in the Russian Federation. Among them: a shortage of both highly qualified personnel and ordinary employees and workers; degradation of traditional labor relations; the emergence of additional prerequisites for the infringement of labor rights of workers. In addition, the author compares the number, causes of occurrence, features of the course and completion of social and labor conflicts in 2024 and 2025.
