Unified Quantum-Spacetime Gravity: A Cohesive Framework Integrating Ampere's Principles and Quantum Curvature Dynamics

We present a unified theoretical framework in which spacetime curvature, quantum information, and microscopic interaction arise from a single covariant principle. The theory introduces a dynamic conformal expansion field, called Omega, that governs local temporal flow; a relational kernel that encodes Ampère-style direct interactions between quantum sources; and an entanglement tensor that describes geometric correlations. These three elements are linked through a divergence-free unification law that integrates curvature, conformal, and correlation terms into a single tensor-based structure. This compact formulation reproduces both general relativity and quantum electrodynamics as special limiting cases, while extending them to include nonlocal coherence and emergent temporal behavior. At large (cosmological) scales, the conformal field Omega functions as a temporal potential that drives cosmic acceleration and smooths out singularities. At small (quantum) scales, the symmetric relational kernel replaces independent field propagation with pairwise exchange, eliminating self-energy divergences and embedding causality within cosmological boundary conditions. The entanglement tensor provides holographic closure, linking the flow of energy and information on the boundaries of spacetime and offering a geometric interpretation of decoherence and thermodynamic irreversibility. The framework yields clear, testable predictions, including interferometric phase shifts correlated with time variation in Omega, gravitational-wave phase anomalies determined by the strength of the relational kernel, and small but measurable cosmological redshift drifts on the order of ten to the negative nineteenth per second. Together, these effects define a pathway to experimentally probe whether spacetime operates as a relational quantum network governed by the conservation of geometry and information. The result is a covariant and falsifiable model connecting gravity, quantum mechanics, and the emergence of time within a single mathematical and conceptual structure.
