The Gluvić Constant, Ringdown Resonances, and the Emergence of pi Abstract
We report a new detection channel for the Gluvić constant (Ω ≈ 31 nHz), based on short-timescale ringdown resonances in biological cells, atomic clocks, and continental power-grid frequency. Across all domains, the invariant relation Q⋅(T/τ)≈π holds to machine precision, establishing π as the geometric signature of Ω. This provides a fast, robust, and reproducible method to probe the universal vibration underlying Static Vibrational Reality (SVR).
