Adaptive Thermodynamic Equilibrium Control via Hyperdimensional Data Fusion and Reinforcement Learning

**Abstract:** This paper introduces a novel framework for adaptive thermodynamic equilibrium control in complex, non-equilibrium systems. Leveraging hyperdimensional data fusion and reinforcement learning (RL), our approach dynamically maps environmental variables and system responses onto a high-dimensional space, enabling unparalleled precision in controlling thermodynamic states. The system, termed Adaptive Thermodynamic Equilibrium Controller (ATEC), can achieve targeted equilibrium shifts with significantly improved efficiency compared to traditional control methods, offering substantial potential for applications in energy storage, chemical reaction optimization, and microclimate regulation. ATEC goes beyond traditional PID control by leveraging emergent pattern recognition within hyperdimensional representations and continuous self-optimization through RL, making it immediately scalable for industrial applications.
