Temperature and Sharpness: Thermal Frequency Concentration and Reactivity in the 𝛎-Manifold
This paper presents a new theoretical model, the ν-manifold interpretation of temperature and sharpness, which unifies thermodynamics, geometry, and reactivity. In this framework, temperature corresponds to the local oscillatory frequency ν\nuν of space. As temperature rises, ν increases, the wavelength λ shortens, and spatial curvature K becomes sharper. This geometric concentration of frequency explains why heated matter becomes more reactive, conductive, and chemically active. The theory extends beyond conventional thermodynamics and quantum phonon models by proposing that space itself undergoes curvature amplification as a direct function of thermal frequency. Thus, temperature is not merely a measure of molecular motion, but a measure of phase density—the self-oscillatory intensity of space.Reactivity is then defined as the system’s ability to respond to phase gradients, increasing proportionally to . This approach establishes a unified description of heat, curvature, and reactivity, suggesting that all energetic phenomena can be viewed as frequency-based self-recognition of space.By linking temperature and geometry through the ν-manifold, the paper opens a new path toward an ontological understanding of thermodynamic behavior.
