Developing HPC-AI leaders and the UCL Advanced Research Computing experience

This talk will introduce the newly funded DisCouRSE Network+ project, aiming to develop a community of leaders in digital Research Technical Professional fields. I will explain how to access our flexible fund, the first call of which will be open. Finally I will summarise our career pathways at UCL as an example of what can be achieved.
