Comparative Commentary: Local Gravitational Collapse (Hossenfelder) and TGIU Informational Equilibrium (Vîrtosu)
Recent work by Sabine Hossenfelder (“How Gravity Can Explain the Collapse of the Wavefunction,” arXiv:2510.11037, 2025) presents a deterministic gravitational mechanism for wavefunction collapse that aligns strikingly with the principles outlined in the Universal Gravito-Informational Theory (TGIU) (Virtosu, Zenodo, DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.14278346, 2024). Both frameworks reject stochastic and nonlocal explanations of quantum collapse. Instead, they view it as a self-organizing realignment of informational coherence between geometry and energy, matter and meaning.
