Rational pharmacotheray in treatment of pancreatitis, cholecystitis, hepatitis, cirrhosis of liver
An integrated strategy based on pathophysiology, clinical data, and context is necessary for rational medication in cases of pancreatitis, cholecystitis, hepatitis, and cirrhosis continue to be the principal causes of morbidity and death worldwide. Each of the hepatopancreatobiliary system’s disorders—pancreatitis, cholecystitis, cirrhosis, and hepatitis—has its own aetiology and consequences. In order to effectively manage these illnesses, rational pharmacotherapy—which is the purposeful selection and use of medications based on pathophysiology, evidence of efficacy, safety, patient-specific characteristics, and cost-effectiveness—is essential. Due to the intricacy of these conditions, a customised, multimodal approach to treatment is necessary, combining supportive care, etiological treatment, and complication prevention. In order to emphasise the present standards of treatment, therapeutic limitations, and areas for improvement, this expanded abstract examines the concepts and procedures of rational pharmacotherapy across several disorders.
