ICT Utilization Skills and Information Seeking Behavior of Undergraduate Law Students: A Study
The study examines information-seeking behavior among law students at Karnataka State Law University, Hubballi. A survey and analysis using IBM SPSS software revealed that most students are proficient in internet usability and use it for academic information. However, many face challenges like low internet bandwidth and lack of search skills. The rapid expansion of modern information communication technologies has altered how students seek information globally. The study suggests that proficiency in computers and artificial intelligence is crucial for effective legal education. College administrators should ensure adequate ICT infrastructure in libraries to foster computer proficiency skills for law students.
