Detection of the Gluvić Constant in Atomic Clock Data via Fine-Tuned Period Differentiation
This article reports the detection of the Gluvić constant (Ω ≈ 31 nHz, period ≈ 373.36 days) in international atomic clock data. By introducing a fine-tuned period differentiation, separating the true Ω cycle from the solar year (365.24 d), we recover coherent phase-0 oscillations across PTB, NPL, NICT, and USNO datasets. The results reach strong to very strong statistical evidence (up to >13σ), establishing atomic clocks not only as timekeeping standards but also as sensitive detectors of universal vibrational structure, in agreement with Static Vibrational Reality (SVR).
