Unified Multi‑Cell Dust Cartridge — Pilot‑Ready Concept
A single unified multi‑cell cartridge (UMC) for point‑source ducts combines particulate scrubbing with self‑powered monitoring. The cartridge integrates: (A) a Venturi‑assisted triboelectric cell (PM capture + δV), (B) a sealed collector (dust cake; also pre‑digestion), (C) an optional MFC cell (milliwatt‑class trickle), and an energy‑mediator layer (super‑capacitor + DC‑DC) to align TENG (ms) and MFC (h–days). Two operating routes are formalized (Amb‑Wind = pre‑charge only vs Duct/LAES = ΔP measured), with physically consistent harvest efficiency . Gates for O₃/NOx and No re‑emit are defined; tiered MFC targets and a 90–120 day plan support TRL‑4→5 progression.
