Integración de la realidad virtual y realidad aumentada en las enseñanzas artísticas mediante Google Arts and Culture

The Alpha generation, children and adolescents growing up immersed in digital technology, are developing unique skills thanks to their constant interaction with virtual devices and platforms. While excessive use of screens can have negative effects, the educational benefits of these tools are becoming increasingly evident. This study focuses on exploring the potential of Google Arts & Culture as an innovative tool for teaching the visual arts. It will analyse how this platform can be adapted to the needs of each classroom and how it can contribute to a more integrated curriculum. The main objective is to demonstrate that the use of Google Arts & Culture can enrich the teaching-learning process, fostering the development of critical and creative skills in students. Furthermore, in this research, the Google Arts & Culture platform will be explored and analysed in relation to arts education, examining the involvement of virtual and augmented reality in the learning process. A practical study will also be carried out, highlighting the integrative capabilities of these tools without losing sight of the main objective of learning: to improve the quality and quantity of the knowledge acquired.
