This repository contains the code and final report of the PhD Survey 2024 conducted by the PhD Union at Graz University of Technology under the responsibility of Alina Herderich (active member 2023-2025). The survey assesses the state of PhD studies at TU Graz including administrative procedures, supervisor relationship, work environment and teaching duties, as well as harassment experiences.
