Enhanced Biomolecule Detection Using Hybrid SPR-Machine Learning Platform for Continuous Biosensing Applications

**Abstract:** This paper introduces a novel hybrid Surface Plasmon Resonance (SPR) and machine learning (ML) platform designed for highly sensitive and rapid detection of biomolecules in continuous biosensing applications. Addressing limitations in traditional SPR analysis, such as sensitivity degradation with complex sample matrices and difficulty in differentiating low-abundance targets, the system leverages a multi-layered evaluation pipeline incorporating semantic decomposition, logical consistency checks, and advanced pattern recognition algorithms. A novel HyperScore function dynamically calibrates and amplifies signal interpretation, enabling detection limits significantly below those achievable with conventional SPR methods. This approach promises a 10x improvement in detection sensitivity and a 50% reduction in analysis time, driving significant advancements in diagnostics, drug discovery, and environmental monitoring.
