ETCQ — V — The Weave and the Coherence of the Vacuum

This fifth volume of the Extended Theory of Quantum Coherence (ETCQ) explores the vacuum weave as a coherent field bounded by the fine-structure constant, $\alpha = 1/137.036$.It demonstrates that the same $\alpha$-limited energy law connects microscopic physics (nuclear binding, fission, fusion) and astrophysical dynamics (white dwarfs, rotation curves, strong lensing) within a single coherent framework.By unifying these regimes through the $\chi$–$u$ Lagrangian, the model interprets vacuum coherence as a measurable physical property responsible for the stability of matter and the slow expansion of the cosmic fabric. The appendices provide fully reproducible methodologies based on public datasets (SPARC, Gaia, IAEA, H0LiCOW), allowing independent verification of ETCQ predictions.
