O termo circunstanciado de ocorrência como novidade na polícia militar do estado de Roraima

This article addresses the theme: The Circumstance Term of Occurrence – TCO, as a novelty in the Military Police of the State of Roraima – PMRR. The study is divided into four parts. In the first part, Law 9,099 / 95, which deals with the Special Civil and Criminal Courts, as well as the competence for drawing up the TCO, is addressed, and this part also deals with the peculiarities of the Circumstantiated Term of Occurrence; in the second part a brief History of the use of TCO by the Military Police in Brazil was elaborated; in the third part, the Legal possibility of drawing up the TCO by the Military Police was emphasized; and in the fourth part we have TCO as a Novelty in the Military Police of the State of Roraima. The methodology used was that of bibliographic research in scientific articles, specialized websites, newspapers, laws and jurisprudence, in addition to information provided by the Department of Education and Research of the Military Police of Roraima. It was found that the implementation of TCO by the Military Police of Roraima started in 2020 and is currently in the training phase of the troop.
