The I11 Spinor Framework: SU(2) as an Emergent Operator Algebra Without a Background Metric
This work introduces a pre-metric spinor framework based on the I11 mirror space, a finite self-similar interval equipped with intrinsic reflection symmetry. Instead of assuming a background metric, a Hilbert space, or classical tensor fields, spin transformations arise from mirror constraints and fractal partition structure. Pauli-like generators act as discrete isometries of an extended state space, and their closure yields an emergent SU(2) envelope without postulating an inner product. The construction shows how the familiar spin-1/2 behavior appears as a secondary consequence of mirror-path pairing and label dynamics. An effective inner product and unitary action emerge from mirror-based amplitude pairing under refinement, rather than being imposed axiomatically. The canonical 49.24-degree lens angle is used as a geometric witness that connects spin kinematics to an already emergent geometry. This publication extends the I11 framework developed in earlier works on operator geometry and metric-free emergent space, providing a foundation for spin, SU(2) symmetries, and potential Dirac or Weyl generalizations without relying on classical continuum structures.
