Project Velocity Report: Enhancing Coding Speed and Accuracy
This paper presents an applied study of the Technical Governance and Repair Model (TGRM) and its extensions through Reparodynamics and SubReparo. The framework automates software quality governance by combining continuous measurement, bounded-energy micro-repairs, and proof-of-repair validation. The TGRM simulation demonstrates measurable acceleration in development speed (+30–40%) and improvement in code accuracy (−50% lint errors, +0.42% coverage). Through adaptive thresholds (τ) and an energy budget (Eₘₐₓ), the system maintains high-quality code while respecting stability limits. This publication documents the workflow, analysis, and open replication pathway for implementing Reparodynamics in software engineering pipelines.
