PENGARUH MODEL CONNECTED MATHEMATICS PROJECT (CMP) PADA PEMBELAJARAN MATEMATIKA TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN KONEKSI MATEMATIS SISWA KELAS IX DI MTS DARUL FALAH SALO
This research is motivated by the low mathematical connection ability of students and the learning models used by teachers have not been varied. Therefore, the researcher tried to apply the CMP learning model. The purpose of this researcher is to determine whether or not there is an influence of CMP learning model and the mathematical connection ability of students at MTs. This research is a Quasi Experimental study using a nonequivalent control group design. The population in this study were all grade IX students of MTs Darul Falalah Salo, while the sample in this study consisted of two classes, where class IX A was the experimental class and class IX B was the control class. Based on the results of data analysis, the average for the experimental class was 81.20 while the control class was 65.20. Judging from the results of the hypothesis test, t count = 7,490 was obtained with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05 so that H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted so that it was concluded that there was a significant influence on the mathematical connection ability of students who learned using the Connected Mathematics Project (CMP) learning model with students who learned using conventional learning in class IX MTs Darul Falah Salo.
