Discrete Hilbert-based Asymmetric FIR Filter for Raw Baseband RF I/Q Signals Distribution Characteristics Segmentation
Compared to directly acquired real-valued signals, RF I/Q signals can more accurately represent the amplitude and phase characteristics of the signal, enabling more efficient signal processing and demodulation. Based on this advantage, this paper proposes an FIR filter design based on the discrete Hilbert transform to effectively extract the required signal information. The complex baseband signals captured in communication systems typically require further processing. In this paper, we apply the discrete Hilbert transform to a conventional FIR filter, converting it into a filter suitable for RF I/Q signals. In this way, the system can better extract the effective baseband signals, providing a clearer and more effective signal representation for subsequent signal processing.
