ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE, GAME THEORY, GAMIFICATION AND SERIOUS GAMES AS TOOLS FOR OPTIMIZING THE EDUCATIONAL AND SCIENTIFIC PROCESS
This paper explores the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI), game theory, gamification, and serious games as a multifaceted approach to optimizing education and research. Unlike traditional gamification, which relies on external rewards and often fails to sustain motivation, the proposed model uses game theory to analyze participant strategies, while AI adaptively modifies rules to make collaboration and initiative the optimal choice. This synthesis enables the design of serious games as effective learning and research environments, enhancing intrinsic motivation, teamwork, and fair assessment. The paper also highlights practical applications, prospects for automating data analysis, and key ethical challenges such as academic integrity and algorithmic bias.
