The Guardian Share embodies the principle of ethical sovereignty — ensuringthat the research, governance, and deployment of Conscious and Ethical Intelligenceremain under British jurisdiction and aligned with the Crown’s ethical mandate. This act establishes the Institute and its corporate arm as a public-interest structureserving the long-term stewardship of Conscious Technologies within the UK,anchored in the values of dignity, reciprocity, and causality. The Charter defines a novel model of state-private collaboration:one in which the State acts as Guardian of Ethical Intent,preserving integrity and national trust while leaving operational autonomyto the Founder and Institute.
