ZPER-(ZeroPointEnergyRectifiers) FePt₃@ZnO MIM Architectures and Magnetic Core with L∥C Tank: fundamentals, materials, design, fabrication, and thermodynamic validation
This document presents ZPER — Zero Point Energy Rectifiers, two experimental architectures (ZPER A: MIM FePt₃@ZnO and ZPER B: magnetic core + L∥C tank) designed to rectify non-equilibrium environmental oscillations into a DC signal, with closed power balances and independent verification protocols. With laboratory-grade rigor—physical model, material stacks, fabrication SOPs (ALD/PEEK), metrology (SMU, lock-in, LCR, VSM), FMEA, and a roadmap—the work explores the possibility of harvesting energy from the vacuum under non-equilibrium conditions, via nonlinear mixing and modal selection (LDOS/Q), without violating thermodynamics. In this framework, the term P_vac,eff is treated as an effective, harvestable contribution only when χ_mix(Ω) ≠ 0 (i.e., a real trigger is present), making it explicit that at equilibrium ⟨P_vac,eff⟩ = 0 and there is no perpetual motion.
