FOSTERING PEDAGOGICAL CREATIVITY AND REFLECTIVE THINKING THROUGH INTEGRATIVE AND STUDENT-CENTERED LANGUAGE TEACHING
Pedagogical creativity and reflective thinking are essential competencies for future educators in a rapidly changing educational environment. Integrative and student-centered teaching approaches have emerged as powerful tools to cultivate these skills, especially in language instruction. This paper examines strategies for fostering pedagogical creativity and reflective thinking among English language teacher trainees through integrative methods such as project-based learning, interdisciplinary collaboration, and technology-enhanced teaching. The study highlights how these approaches develop autonomous, adaptive, and innovative educators capable of designing learner-centered classrooms and responding effectively to diverse learning needs.
