Law 13 of Neuro–Romanticism Management (NRM): Learning Is Born from Emotional Experience
The thirteenth law of the Neuro–Romanticism Management (NRM) School, formulated by Mahdi Baghal Jalili (M.A. in Industrial Management, Islamic Azad University, Tabriz), explores the principle that learning is born from emotional experience. Rooted in neuroscience, experiential learning theory, and Persian illuminationist philosophy, this paper argues that emotion is the mother of cognition — transforming memory into meaning and meaning into wisdom. By integrating the affective dimension into organizational education, the NRM model reframes leadership as an act of emotional resonance. The study concludes that emotion-driven learning cultivates adaptive wisdom, reflective leadership, and sustainable organizational growth.
