A STUDY ON STRATEGIES OF IMPROVING EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT AND PERFORMANCE IN HYBRID WORK ENVIRONMENT
ABSTRACT The hybrid work model, combining remote and in-office work, has emerged as a dominant organizational structure in the post-pandemic era. While it offers flexibility, cost savings, and broader talent acquisition, it also presents challenges in maintaining employee engagement and optimizing performance. This study explores strategies to improve engagement and productivity among employees working in hybrid setups, focusing on communication, collaboration, work-life balance, recognition, and technology adoption. Using a combination of literature review, surveys, and case studies, the research identifies best practices that enhance motivation, reduce burnout, and foster a sense of belonging. Keywords: Hybrid work model, employee engagement, performance improvement, communication strategies, work-life balance, digital collaboration, organizational culture, motivation, feedback system, technology support, employee satisfaction, productivity enhancement.
