Bio‑Fold Gate — A Reader‑First, Integrated Concept TT
We present a compact optical platform that produces measurable phase‑folds (target: Δϕ≈π within≤10 cm) by combining three independent terms in one effective index: a living gradient (bio‑built tubularlattice, 15–60 nm); a thin space–time sheet (ultrathin ITO/protonic) for fast temporal nudging; and ageometric boundary (Möbius/helix rim with fractal porosity) that mixes path families. The architectureadmits THz‑band operation and bench‑scale tiles stitched into meter‑class panels. Two boosters strengthenreadout and analogy: (i) an acoustic flash tile (bubble‑lattice sonoluminescence) providing synchronizednano‑flashes; and (ii) an electron→photon topology bridge (Berry‑phase/Möbius aromaticity) motivating πas a natural benchmark. Safety and human‑factors are addressed through an optional ear‑nerve(vagus‑focus) node under conservative exposure limits. A 12‑month program with open‑MRV (THz‑TDS,Raman, entropy metrics) specifies quarterly milestones from genome/consortium design to bubble‑sonointegration. Immediate applications include THz biosensing and neuro‑optic wearables; economic viabilityleverages bio‑self‑assembly (≈€0.5 cm⁻²) versus printed GRIN (≈€5 cm⁻²). Overall, this is a reader‑auditablepath from calibration to panel, with preregistered success criteria, public data, and clear safety grammar.
