The Usage of Agricultural Waste Products for The Production of Composite Materials.

The importance of the sustainability increases in the modern architecturaldesigns. Especially, within the usage of sustainable materials or wasteproducts, the sustainable architectural projects are designed and constructed.Different waste products of industrial and agricultural products areconsidered as the new alternative materials. Nowadays, the potential usage ofthe agricultural waste products increases for the sustainability. After theharvest of the agricultural products, the agricultural waste products are notconsidered for the alternative production. Each day, the need of theagricultural products increases, that’s why the amount of waste productsincrease. As a regard of the increase in the amount of agricultural wasteproducts, the materials are taken into account for the production of newcomposite materials. The paper reviews the usage of agricultural wasteproducts as the building materials. It gives information about the differentagricultural waste products and where they are used as the building material.The properties and benefits of these waste products are evaluated andexplained in this paper. The paper should be a guide for the usage ofagricultural waste products as the building materials. As a result of the study,the potential usage of the agricultural waste products for the compositematerials are determined and evaluated.
