The Fourteenth Law of Neuro–Romanticism Management (NRM): Foresight as Emotional Vision — Integrating Empathy, Anticipation, and Strategic Wisdom
The Fourteenth Law of the Neuro–Romanticism Management (NRM) School, conceptualized by Mahdi Baghal Jalili (Islamic Azad University, Tabriz Branch), defines foresight as emotional vision — the fusion of empathy, anticipation, and strategic wisdom. Integrating affective neuroscience, emotional intelligence, and management philosophy, this paper presents the Emotional Foresight Cycle (EFC) as a new model for adaptive leadership. It argues that emotions act as anticipatory signals guiding moral, creative, and strategic decision-making. By recognizing emotion as the soul of foresight, NRM reframes strategy as an act of empathic resonance — where leaders feel the future before they plan it
