A System and Method for Geometrodynamic Anomaly Detection and Resource Allocation via a Distributed, Self-Organizing Sensor Manifold

Abstract A system and method for real-time environmental analysis and autonomous resource allocation are disclosed. The system comprises a heterogeneous network of sensing platforms, including at least one orbital platform, which collectively contribute data to a dynamically generated, high-dimensional information manifold. The geometry of the manifold is actively warped by the significance of incoming data, with critical events or anomalies manifesting as regions of high local curvature. Response to an anomaly is achieved not by central command, but by computing the most efficient informational pathways—geodesics—across this curved manifold. These geodesics serve as tasking vectors, directing the most suitable assets to the anomaly in a decentralized, self-organizing manner. The system thereby overcomes the latency, fusion, and decision-making limitations of the prior art by replacing linear data processing pipelines with a unified, dynamic geometrodynamic operational space.
